“We’re thrilled to have someone of Jim’s caliber at DIGIOP,” said Chief Operating Officer, Ryan Schalk. “His background in retail loss prevention combined with his knowledge of how our products can solve problems for retailers makes him the perfect person for the role of National Account Manager.”
Close is looking forward to providing existing and future DIGIOP customers with proven methods of reducing loss through the combination of cutting-edge technology and proven loss prevention best practices.
“DIGIOP offers proprietary, subscription-based software, a camera management platform, and a user-friendly interface that produces custom reports, which makes us a true partner in helping retailers control loss in their business,” Close said.
“DIGIOP is affordable not only for big-box retailers, but for smaller operators as well. For the first time, retailers will have a reliable tool to detect and deter internal theft.”
